Seat Booking Request For October 2025 bus yatra

Important Notice

Yatra bookings for August 2025 and September 2025 are now FULL. Currently accepting bookings for October 2025 only.

Select any future month up to admin allowed limit.
Terms and Conditions:
  1. The security amount of ₹1000/- is mandatory for per seat booking.
  2. Security amount will be refunded after the yatra completion.
  3. Booking request will be confirmed only after verification of documents and payment.
  4. One person can book only one seat at a time.
  5. Seat allocation will be on first come first serve basis.
  6. The organization reserves the right to cancel any booking without any prior notice.
  7. By submitting this form, you agree to share your personal information for the purpose of seat booking.
  8. Aadhar card is mandatory for all passengers above 5 years of age. Children below 5 years can travel with their parent's booking.
  9. All passengers must carry their original Aadhar card during the yatra for verification purposes.
नियम और शर्तें:
  1. प्रति सीट बुकिंग के लिए ₹1000/- की सुरक्षा राशि अनिवार्य है।
  2. सुरक्षा राशि यात्रा पूर्ण होने के बाद वापस कर दी जाएगी।
  3. बुकिंग की पुष्टि दस्तावेजों और भुगतान के सत्यापन के बाद ही की जाएगी।
  4. एक व्यक्ति एक बार में केवल एक सीट बुक कर सकता है।
  5. सीट का आवंटन पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
  6. संस्था को बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी बुकिंग को रद्द करने का अधिकार है।
  7. इस फॉर्म को जमा करके, आप सीट बुकिंग के उद्देश्य से अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी साझा करने के लिए सहमत हैं।
  8. 5 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के सभी यात्रियों के लिए आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य है। 5 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चे अपने माता-पिता की बुकिंग के साथ यात्रा कर सकते हैं।
  9. सभी यात्रियों को सत्यापन के लिए यात्रा के दौरान अपना मूल आधार कार्ड साथ रखना अनिवार्य है।
